メールアドレスに全角文字を使えるか

5. Use of encoded-words in message headers

An 'encoded-word' may appear in a message header or body part header according to the following rules:

encoded-word は addr-spec のどの部分にも出現してはならない。

よってメールアドレスに全角文字は使えない。

ただ、実際に日本語のメールアドレスを取得できるサービスはあるようだった。
RFC違反だと思うのだけど・・・。
